Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Ability to engage with guests whilst anticipating guest needs.

Ability to multi-task.
Prior experience in in guest relations role in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
Responsibility
Welcome and eagerly anticipate whilst assist in guest needs and enquiries.
Updates guest history with all relevant information learnt about the guest during their stay. i.e. Likes / dislikes, food & beverage preference, etc. ensure that the guest history profile is updated and accurate and keyed in according to standards.
Performs room assignments for VIP guests and VIP groups.
