Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk assistance and coordination services, develop and maintain helpdesk standard operating procedure (SOP) and documents.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend new hardware and software.
• Monitor and control usage of IT resources.
• Responsible for campus IT hardware/ software installation, support/ maintenance, and documentation.
• Carry out projects related to office/ lab automation, staff/ student productivity, and efficiency improvement through IT and user training.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in IT or its equivalent.
• At the le1-year year of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in computer lab support and helpdesk environment will be an added advantage.
• Has experience in implementing IT improvement projects.
• Familiar with OSes (Win7/8/10/11 and MAC OS X) and office software applications support such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and Browsers, emails.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to repair computer hardware.
• Ability to anticipate problems, analytical with good organizing and organizing skills.
• Willing to learn and take intive to get the updated information on the latest technology development. with with 
• A team player, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, innovative and always seek opportunities to enhance IT processes.
• Must be able to work on nights, weekends, and ad-hoc shifts.
