Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

  • You will partner with recruiters in the hiring process. Ex: Initiating background screening for new hires; offer letter generation; preparing one-time payments for new hires; new hire’s profile creation; initiating visa process for non-local hires.
  • You will recruit interns for HR and other business functions.
  • You will partner with recruiters in employer branding as well as university engagement.
  • You will prepare weekly reports. Ex: pre-employment background check 
  • You will assist recruiters in employee referral program announcements. 

About you

Requirements for this internship:

  • Preferred internship seeker currently pursuing under grade or post-grade degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or Communication. Students from other fields of study are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Enjoy learning new things.
  • Enjoy working in a team.
