Your role

As a Seller Management Content Creator Intern at TikTok Malaysia, you will be responsible for the tasks below:

  • Create various content (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides for seller education, engagement, and driving department strategies
  • Subject to the needs of business, conduct the market study by engaging sellers through cold calls, sending cold outbound emails, and collaborating with internal teams to execute devised seller engagement strategies
  • Subject to the needs of the business, support in administrative work, and ad-hoc duties.

About you

If you are interested in this role, you need to have the qualifications below:

  • Minimum qualification
    • Actively enrolled University student who can work 4-5 days a week for at least 3 months.
    • Good communication skills across different departments
    • Has a passion for content creation, primarily video content
  • Preferred qualification
    • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
    • Familiar with video editing tools such as Adobe, Capcut, etc.
    • Has curiosity, and seeks to understand the purpose of content required and find methods to create higher engagement content
