Your role

As a Creator Strategy Intern for TikTok Shop, you will have the following duties and responsibilities: 

  • Support strategic projects to drive platform and creator growth and achieve multiple targets.
  • Able to conduct large-scale data-based research with moderate guidance. Collaborate with cross-function teams or regional teams to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive positions to derive findings and recommendations.
  • Communicate with back-end support teams to keep optimizing infrastructure construction.
  • Coordinate related ops team resources to ensure the normal and orderly development and implementation of the projects.
  • Conduct consistent tracking of project performance metrics as required.
