Your mission:

1. Key account management
2. Attend to customers’ enquiries
3. Sending quotations and negotiating with customers on pricing.
4. Closing sales/orders.
5. Follow up on payment, artwork, and shipments.
6. Handling customers’ complaints.
7. Liaise with other departments such as Marketing planner, Packing or Production planner, QA, Warehouse and etc ( to discuss any issue highlighted by customer )
8. Market and promote aggressively products and services including tradeshows.
9. Manage credit and payment terms
10. Monitor & track the sales process effectively for efficient sales closing and documentation within the time frame set.
11. Attend meetings.
12. Handle special projects assigned by the Manager
13. Conduct inspection
14. Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior
15. The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure instruction
