Job description

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of a clinic setting to provide improved and better customer service as well as patient care.
• Oversee the upkeep hygiene and maintenance of the facility and ensure staff attendance as per roster.

• Assist with communication support for the team while dealing with both straightforward and complex inquiries from a range of various sources including the clinical teams, patients, and clients
• Patient Liaison services including management of patient complaints including analyzing failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to internal/external patient complaints.
• Ensure all messages are communicated precisely and dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Assist in the compilation and reporting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly clinic performance statistics with the Clinic Manager to be presented on weekly basis during the operations meeting.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality standards is always provided to our patients.
• Make recommendations and implement programs to measure and improve service provider/patient relationship
• Ensuring compliance with the ACC’s established mission, goals, and objectives as well as accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• A full QMS training will be conducted at Global Doctors and implementation guidelines and maintain Quality of Medical Services (QMS)

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
