Responsible for managing the day-to-day functioning of a clinic setting to provide improved and better customer service as well as patient care.

Assist with communication support for the team while dealing with both straightforward and complex inquiries from a range of various sources including the clinical teams, patients, and clients
Patient Liaison services including management of patient complaints including analyzing failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to internal/external patient complaints.
Ensure all messages are communicated precisely and dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner.
Assist in the compilation and reporting of weekly, monthly, and quarterly clinic performance statistics with the Clinic Manager to be presented on weekly basis during the operations meeting.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality standards is always provided to our patients.
Make recommendations and implement programs to measure and improve service provider/patient relationship
Ensuring compliance with the ACC’s established mission, goals, and objectives as well as accreditation and regulatory requirements.
A full QMS training will be conducted at Global Doctors and implementation guidelines and maintain Quality of Medical Services (QMS)
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Business Management
Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people.
