Your role

Top Glove offers students the opportunity to participate in a structured Industrial Trainee Training Program (Internship Program). By joining this program, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like working with the World’s Largest Manufacturer of Gloves. This means you will be exposed to a real working environment alongside our Top Managers. As a Top Glove Trainee, you will not only be paid an attractive allowance but will also be exposed to various aspects of good manufacturing practices and corporate culture.

Training, development & rotations

About you

To apply for this role, you should meet the following criteria: 

• Applicants must be pursuing undergraduate courses at higher learning institutions, either in Malaysia or abroad.
• Duration of industrial training varies between a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months.
• CGPA 3.0 and above in related disciplines.
• Active participation in extra-curricular activities.
• Self-motivated and willing to take up challenges.
