Job Responsibilities

• Assist on Interco charge for lecy, salary, rental, etc.
• Post and check GRIR.
• Follow up on outstanding invoice.
• Help to analyze management reports.
• Month-end payroll process.
• Checking on worker attendance.
• Analyze workers' OT to ensure compliance with.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in related courses or equivalents from reputable universities.
• Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
• Results-oriented, strong follow-up, and good negotiation skills.
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact all-levels of people.
