Your role

Top Glove is on the lookout for young talents and experienced professionals with quality mindsets. As the world’s largest rubber glove manufacturer, they are continuously expanding rapidly, and invite qualified individuals to join and grow with Top Glove.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the quality and productivity of the block that he is taking care of.
• To troubleshoot the product quality problem.
• To ensure that there is no wastage of chemicals, manpower, electricity, water, etc.
• Ensure that the production floor is clean at all times.
• To provide training to line leaders, line operators, and strippers to ensure they carry out their work properly.
• To control the 2nd grade and torn gloves to ensure they meet the required target.
• Ensure the chemicals and temperature of the production line are maintained to the required standard.
• To report to the respective block chemist and executive on the quality issue and provide feedback for improvement.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/instruction.
