Your role

As a Manufacturing Trainee at Top Glove, you will do the following task:

• To study accuracy of vision camera.
• To study and implement online QA sampling machine.
• To study and reduce % torn glove.
• To study and improve glove layering and counting.
• Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate Superior.
• The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

Training, development & rotations

Besides the conventional learning approach, Top Glove's training platform includes e-learning.
