Act as a window between Service Parts and Logistics Division (SPLD) and Toyota Service Centers to ensure smooth operation and division's achieved.
To entertain parts information inquiry from the outlet.
To ensure part supply ability from SPLD to the outlet, according to promised ETA.
To ensure on-time EPC ordering and update.
To ensure report submission before the dateline.
To ensure administration work runs smoothly.
Entertain outlet inquiry on a day to day operation (Parts number, price, estimated time arrival, discrepancies, and quality issues, special arrangement)
Communicate with inventory and warehouse team on urgent back order status.
Monitor new part number creation requests from the outlet through the intercom (SPLD Helpdesk)
Maintain SPLD Helpdesk (update Internal Parts Buletin (IPB), parts counter-list, forms, SOPs and etc)
Professional level of spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
