Job Summary
To support on Tenancy Agreement submission and change of ownership monitoring.

Job Responsibilities

• To review and negotiate new Tenancy Agreement clauses and related matters with internal Team and Site Landlord.
• To communicate and liaise with the landlord to request documentation for change of ownership.
• To draft legal letter/document and giving legal advice.
• To ensure Change Of Ownership site are done with Security Deposit transferred/refund.
• To prepare and consolidate weekly report related to Tenancy Agreement.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor of Legal studies / Bachelor Of Laws (LL.B) / Bachelor in Real Estate/Property Management, Business Admin.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people of all levels.
• Basic knowledge of Land Law, Tenancy Agreement, Property Management and Legal Procedures. Ability to read simple contract, analyse and identify legal risks of LOO (Letter of Offer).
• PC literate – Microsoft Excel/Word software (at least medium level).
