Job Summary

Assist and provide support to procurement team deliver procurement services that consistently meet or exceed business expectations, by sourcing and delivering product and service at the lowest total cost of ownership whilst maintaining high ethical standards at all times

Job Descriptions

• Assist in vendor on boarding process.
• Perform sourcing and evaluate simple RFx.
• Process Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order in SAP system.
• Provide support inthe preparation of contract appendices based on instruction provided by procurement team.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s processes and procedures. To escalate to Team Lead where there are exceptions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or any Business relevant studies.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal.
• Possess high integrity and self-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft application (Word,Excel and Power Point)
