Engineer - Network Service Operation null

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure good network performance via routine monitoring of service quality and performance KPI for RAN and Transmission network elements. To perform early fault detection via analyzing network performance trending and fast escalation to ensure any problems are mitigated and network is restored to an optimum operating condition.
• To monitor and reports on cluster based KPI/KQI monitoring.
  • Daily monitoring for the performance of the RAN and Transmission nodes by analyzing the performance statistics to detect any service degradation based on the trending.
  • Detail analysis and escalation on trend degradation and follow through until issues resolved.
  • Cluster based KPI/KQI monitoring - coordinating with Regional and Second Level team to improve the cluster performance.
  • Preparation of daily/weekly report on RAN performance.
  • Attending to TT assigned by SOC and provide satisfactory resolution within specified time frame.
  • To perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
• Knowledge of SQL is preferable.
• Result orientated with a strong initiative to learn, flexible approach and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in English and good analytical ability is required.
