The Person

• Degree in Facilities Miantenance Engineering/ Manufacturing/ Mechanical or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience in building and facilities management for manufacturing plant
• Working well under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in rpoject management, supervisory skills and AutoCad software practitioner (preferable)
• ISO practitioner, HSE programs & technical problem solving abilities

The Job

• To plan, coordinate, implement and control facilities and building maintenance activities comprises of establishing standard procedure, develop program & executing work plan and complying related regulatory code and requirement.
• To draft, prepare and establish service contract agreement for external vendor to outsources job related facilities & building management services, subject to agreement and approval from Management
• Responsible to prepare, investigate and report to Supervisor the details facilities and building maintenance report for purpose to troubleshoot, improve and upgrade any defect, breakdown or new customer requirement on facilities sought within provided budgetary
• To support and work closely with intra & inter department related to facilities and building scope of works to ensure all infrastructure within good industrial practice condition
• Responsible to establish, review, maintain, train and practice ISO documentations (9001, 14001, 45001), Continuous Improvement and 5S activity organized by Company
