The Purpose of Role:

The incumbent to provide the end-to-end support for the activation activities and projects, as well as coordinate and liaise with the cross-functional team, agencies, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and execution of promotion co-packing, sponsorship, events and activations.

Team Structure:

  • Reporting to: Activation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Campaign Execution:

  • Receive and understand the campaign briefs from the Marketing team, and conduct the briefing to agencies and/or suppliers.

  • Understand brand objectives and identify the opportunities to build strong branding and engagement through activation.

  • Understand and evaluate the current market trends to develop opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage in-store execution and out-of-store activities.

  • Manage and ensure smooth brand campaign execution and attend to the issues (if any) swiftly.

Agency and Supplier Management:

  • Work closely with agencies and suppliers on activation plans to achieve campaign objectives along with requestor and sales team.

  • Lead in discussion between requestors and agencies in meetings.

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with agencies to drive performance.

Tracking and Evaluation:

  • Develop and maintain project deliverables including the program summary, budgets, and timelines - and confirm all projects are completed according to schedule and within budget.

  • Manage, track and maximize the Return on Investment and KPI.

  • Analyze sales reports and postmortem reports for future improvements.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Internal: Marketing, Activation, Finance, Research and Development, Customer Development/Sales

  • External: Creative Agency,Activation Agency, Suppliers

Travel:

10-20% of the time in traveling. Now limited due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Any xperience in brand/product management/marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry, is a plus.

  • Good marketing fundamentals and processes.

  • Good management and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience/Skill/Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

  • Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
