Your role

In this role, you will have the key responsibilities below:

  • Be a key team player for our employee engagement projects.
  • Plan and execute internal campaigns and manage our internal communications platforms for Unilever’s Wellbeing Flagship Program activations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and maintain good relationships with our collaboration partners.
  • Work closely with our Learning & Wellbeing team from planning to execution, of our operations activities and virtual engagement sessions.
  • Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as other communication materials showcasing both internal and external events in Unilever Malaysia.
  • Assist in executing Employer Branding activities, including campaigns and engagements, both internally and externally.
  • Actively engage with teams and business leaders across functions to capture exciting events, stories & experiences to be shared for our well-being engagement activations.

  • You are creative and proficient with Canva designing poster/video-editing skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
  • You are available to commit for a minimum of 4 to 6 months (indicating your availability for the internship in your Cover Letter is preferred).
  • Fresh graduates who are seeking internship experiences to add value to their learning exposure before full-time employment.
