The Young Manager Programme at Unilever Malaysia is designed to attract early graduates who are eager to succeed in world-class careers. It offers a blend of experiences across multiple disciplines, countries, and business areas to develop both professional skills and leadership qualities. Top talent is accelerated through early leadership opportunities, job rotations, and structured ongoing education that includes hands-on experience with business challenges. Graduates of the program will have the knowledge, skills, ability, and attitude to become Unilever’s Future Young Leaders and achieve success in a managerial role within 2 years. 

Career progression

As the title of the program suggests, this program is preparing you to become a young manager at Unilever. So, within 2 years of this program, you are expected to have the knowledge, skills, ability, and attitude to become Unilever’s Young Manager, achieving and performing in a managerial role. 

Work-life balance

The regular office working hours start at 9:00 am and end at 06:00 pm, from Monday to Friday. Some employees even state that Unilever let them have flexible hours of work where the employees can opt for WFH or WFO.
