Your role

The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit, and Special Asset Management. It manages the risks arising from the Group’s business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing an independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities

  • Telephone dunning on Non-Charge-off (NPL & Non-NPL) accounts
  • To provide settlement solutions to customers with settlement/repayment proposal
  • Attend to all correspondences with customers and update customers’ latest contact details
  • Liaise with solicitors on litigation matters
  • To ensure appropriate litigation is being implemented for recovery actions (Civil actions).

About you

Job Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in recovery
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills, especially in English and Bahasa Melayu. Being proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal and analytical  skills
  • Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft word and excel
  • Target oriented and able to work under pressure
