Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our fast-paced fintech company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, administer employee benefits, and driving HR projects that support our strategic goals. Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience.
  • HR administration involves managing work pass applications, payroll administration, HR operations, and other related tasks.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and company policies are up to date and followed.
  • HR Projects: Lead and contribute to various HR projects such as culture enhancement, process improvements, and implementation of HR technologies.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in HR.
  • Assist in designing and implementing L&D programs that align with our business objectives and foster employee growth.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support as necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR functions including employment law, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
