2022 Internship - Assembly Process Engineer null

Job Description

Responsible for New Process Development support

• Fulfill short term project assigned by supervisor/engineer from new process development department.
• Perform engineering study and data collection at a supervisor/engineer's request.
• Hands on task for assembly processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Compile and generate report with Microsoft Excel, Word, .ppt, and statistical tools.
• Assist and support supervisor/engineer on short term assignment
• Feasibility study and engineering evaluation
• Data collection, compilation, and report out
• Data analysis, statistical analysis
• Presentation on report out
• Learn up one assembly process knowhow
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along well with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelors Degree in Physics/Science, Material Science, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering field
• Eager to learn on new technical knowledge, assembly process and technology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, .ppt.
• Ability to work with multiple functions to coordinate the flow of information.
• Ability to communicate engineering requirements.
• Strong Attention to detail
• Self starter
• Accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness.
• Ability to provide support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.
• Strong English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
