Your role

In this role you'll be responsible for the tasks below:

• Assisting wire bond process engineer on key wire bond improvement projects.
• Wire bond critical to quality item process control 
• Work with the wire bond process team on QDN Lot disposition and improvement.
• Wire bond process defect control and yield improvement.
