Your role

In this role your main tasks are as follows:

• To collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts. Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
• To work with the team to develop, implement, and maintain all operational policies and procedures. Responsible for integrity and accuracy of policy and procedure records. Drives improvements in policies and procedures using lean techniques to solve daily operational issues in the distribution facility and corporate processes.
• Use Microsoft Visio to put up a complete process flow that shows a series of sequential tasks that guide people to get work done. Process flow components include operations, timelines, resources, and people. The main aim of process flows is to streamline and standardize business processes and provide a better understanding of business to the team.
