Your role

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot machine issues, working on improvement and upgrading current machine performance.
• Data collection, running DOE, GRR, linearity test, etc to buy off the machine.
• Simple jig, tray, pallet, machine parts, or mechanical process parts design, buy off and release to production.
• Any tasks are given by the manager.

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
