Your Role

• Able to execute regression tests using the BGA. Perform Failure Analysis on rejected units
• Be responsible for NAND Product and Package Qual / Rel tests setup / eFA / Action Plan
• Providing correct test conditions for the memory product and generating a defined test flow for volume testing needs
• Product Evaluation DOE for Rel / DPPM improvement and D/S and KGD Sort Yield improvement
• Perform Build checkouts and sample runs
• Run the test time analysis to get the lowest cost test method in order to reach short test time and high testing coverage
• Define/improve the testing methods to deal with new products introduced to mass production and marketing;

Compensation & benefits

The average salary for this role at Western Digital Malaysia ranges from  MYR 36,000 to MYR 38,000 per year. ( Source: Glassdoor )

About You

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related Engineering field skills
• Python scripting, excel experience, PowerPoint experience, log parsing, and analysis
