WorldFish is hiring an intern who will assist in conducting fish nutrition experiments in a laboratory in Penang, Malaysia. The candidate will work in an interdisciplinary team of experts from different backgrounds, including fish nutrition, gender, climate change, scaling of innovations, science communication, rural development, and bioprocesses.

Referring to the majority of the previous interns' online reviews, there is no specific mention of a training & development program for interns at WorldFish Malaysia. However, most interns expressed that the internship supervisor was great at mentoring, supporting, and guiding interns during the program. All other colleagues are also very helpful to interns so they can learn and work smoothly.

Location and duration:
The successful interns will be based at WorldFish Headquarters, in Penang, Malaysia, and will be required to regularly visit University Science Malaysia (USM), Penang Main Campus to assist in fish experiment activities at the USM facility. The successful candidate should be available to commence the internship as soon as possible for 06 months. This position is open to national applicants only. Interviews are expected to be held as soon as possible and only shortlisted candidates will be notified and expected to attend the interview.
