The Brand Creative teams are the brains and muscle behind most brand marketing and advertising campaigns seen on our website, social media platforms, billboards, and as of late - TV.
We are a small team looking to expand our force by recruiting more members who are like-minded and equally as motivated and passionate about our job as we are. We are looking for quick learners that make things happen, are reliable, and takes initiative to be ahead of things. The team aims to bring our company to the next level by creating the best ads, campaigns, and brand perception in South East Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting small and medium-scale projects
- Assisting in large-scale projects
- Supporting Creative Director and Producers in day-to-day tasks when needed
- Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget
- Supporting concept thinking and research
- Supporting styling team
- Supporting trend and market research
- Models/talents booking and fee negotiation
- Creative ideation and conceptualization for campaigns and editorial
Requirements:
- Passionate learner, researcher and keen eye
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Diplomatic and clear communicator
- The ability to create realistic timelines and meet deadlines
- Highly adaptable to high frequency of change and ad hocs
- A positive, passionate attitude towards work
- An understanding of both technical and creative processes
