Your role

ZALORA Malaysia is looking for a Luxury Buying Admin Intern who is highly motivated and enthusiastic. The intern will support the luxury buying team in the administrative functions of the buying process, such as vendor research, order management, and inventory management. The intern will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in the luxury goods industry and help the business grow. The team offers a dynamic work environment that fosters learning and growth. Responsibilities

• Assist in vendor research and outreach to identify new luxury suppliers
• Support the buying team in product selection and pricing negotiations
• Assist in order entry, processing, and tracking plus maintain accurate records of transactions
• Monitor inventory, and delivery situation to ensure timely product availability and maximize sales opportunities during the season and mega campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
