Your role

You will be working closely with the account manager to conduct marketplace research, capture data, and additional activation for campaigns. Here are your detailed day-by-day tasks:

• Assist team leader and prepare reports with basic analytics on sales and campaign performance weekly. 
• Conducting market research (quantitative & qualitative) -  Identifying competitive trends to facilitate strategy planning and trends of lifestyle customers
• Liaise with the team on campaign objectives and work with Marketing to incorporate Sellers' promotions into ZALORA’s marketing calendar. 
• Providing support and contribution to ongoing projects using a data-driven approach. 
• Data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management to update and manage databases for merchants, and internal & external teams as assigned.  
• Identify suitable influencers for specific campaigns
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.  

Training & development

ZALORA prepares well the training, workshop, and sharing sessions to support the personal growth development of interns. In this role, you will be involved in marketing, and market analytics of lifestyle products in the commercial area. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with the account manager and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.

About you

To apply for this internship, you have to meet the following requirements:

• Able to commit to 6 months of internship.
• Excellent verbal and written fluency in English
• Strong interest and familiarity in the Lifestyle Industry (Electronics - Audio, Bedding, etc.). 
• Desire to achieve results with the use of critical thinking and attention to detail.   
• Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure
• High proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides 
• Positive can-do attitude and willingness to support any request as needed
• Quick learner, Proactive, and willingness to learn and execute new learnings in a fast-paced & high-pressure environment
