Your role

As a Marketing Business Analyst (Beauty), you will carry the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify consumer trends to facilitate weekly campaign planning for Beauty.
• Prepare reports and analyses on sales and campaign performance weekly.
• Assist with the coordination of our weekly campaigns via onsite, CRM and Social Media.
• Using a data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and come up with recommendations to drive sales performance.
• Part of the project team to plan and execute key strategic initiatives to drive Beauty category growth on Zalora.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects.
