Operations & Planning Intern (Z-Live) null

Description

ZALORA is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate team member with an interest in fashion to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the Operations and Planning of Live Streaming (Z-LIVE). Your work will focus on a range of organizing the operations of the team.

Responsibilities

• To assist in collecting and organising performance data
• To help on account creations and shows/banners uploading on CMS system
• To assist on any ad-hoc tasks on Z-LIVE
• To assist in data collection, research and analysis are executed
• Duties include active research and consolidating data to draft out performance insights which impact the business

Requirements

• Pursuing majors in Project Management/Marketing/Communication Studies or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel especially) and Google Drive functions
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent, shows initiative, resourcefulness and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Strong attention to detail and follows through on projects
• Highly organized
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key people or organizations
