Ever wondered what it’s like to be behind the scenes of a fashion editorial or campaign? Join us as a brand creative intern and put your organizational skills to work as you will be a part of shoot processes from the start. You will exercise your multitasking abilities as you take part in assisting producers and stylists pre-production and even on set. You will have the opportunity to build relationships in the industry to strengthen your chances of finding employment upon graduation while also having an amazing experience as part of our production staff.

Responsibilities

• Able to communicate effectively across multiple departments since the job requires liaising with several stakeholders during production planning.
• Assisting producers and stylists in loaning of apparel and organizing workspace during the entirety of a production process.
• Keep track of inventory and tabulate inventory as needed.
• Monitoring deliveries, ensuring items come in an organised manner.
• Supporting day-to-day operations.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Interested in fashion campaigns, editorials and ecommerce.
• Diploma (or any certificate of a similar level or higher) related to equivalent field. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), google document and other operating systems or softwares.
• Highly motivated with a dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Speak native Bahasa or Mandarin and fluent English.
• Excited to work in a multicultural and high pace environment.
• Share our vision to build Zalora as the number 1 fashion and lifestyle e-commerce across South East Asia.
• Able to work long hours during shoot days.
• Flexible to travel (preferably own car).
