Trender Partner Services & Support Intern null

Description

We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person to support and drive processes within the ZALORA Marketplace department. The Trender Partner Services & Support Intern will be responsible for supporting the team in updating and managing databases for merchants as well as managing the relationship throughout their journey in selling on the ZALORA Marketplace platform.  This role is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Support Brands’ needs in the Onboarding Phase and engage in regular follow up with individual sellers to allow for a smooth Onboarding process on the ZALORA marketplace platform under the guidance of the team leader
• Work closely with team leader & Seller HelpDesk to master ZALORA’s seller operating system — Seller Centre.
• Support TRENDER Basic manager in the coordination of TRENDER Basic Data Analytics subscription services for the onboarded marketplace sellers
• Data entry, filing, spreadsheet management to update and manage database for merchants

Requirements

• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) is highly preferred; knowledge in Python, SQL, Tableau, Google Data Studio is an advantage
• Possess a good analytical mind
• Should be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, proactive, and should have the ability to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to achieve results, attention to detail, and willingness to face challenges with the positive attitude
• Good communication and people skill
