Overview

Provide support on the building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates and leads in the given domain area. Involved in the administration of recruiting process such as sourcing, engaging, screening, and interviewing. Develops relationships with team members in the Talent Acquisition function and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment process, e.g. sourcing, advertising, pipeline building, tracking and scheduling of candidates, first-line screening, managing first round of interview schedules, etc. 
• Support recruitment initiatives to further grow the candidate pipeline
• Weekly reporting on activity and target vs actual achievements
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Degree Human Resource / Business Management / International Business
• Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
• Attention to detail and able to work under minimum supervision
• Preferably students who able to do an internship within 4-6 months durations
