The Embeddables team owns the very well-known Zendesk Web Widget, which exists today on over 100,000+ websites from all around the world. It enables our customers to provide relevant, in-context support to their end-users.  You’ll be working directly with the Web Widget team in Melbourne, but will also take part in overarching initiatives which apply to all platforms (including Web, Android & iOS).

We are in the middle of developing a new, messaging-based experience which allows our end-users to take their conversations with them, and seamlessly switch between different devices & social channels. It’s an exciting time! We work collaboratively with multiple teams around the globe to bring this modern & innovative form of communication to life.

What you’ll be doing as a Product Management Intern:

By the end of your internship, you’ll have influenced a well-known product that delights our customers every day. You’ll improve your skills and get real, on-the-job training to help develop & accelerate your Product Management career.

  • You’ll be directly involved in all phases of the Product Management process from conceptualization to discovery, feature definition, working with design, working with engineers on the delivery and measuring impact.
  • You’ll be embedded within our team, participating in regular rituals, learning with us and acting as a core contributor.
  • You’ll be responsible for building a key capability within our product, defining requirements and working with design and development to land the feature over the course of the internship.
  • You’ll partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver product functionality that exceeds the expectations of customers.
  • You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create documentation, guides and/or tutorials, as well as go-to-market departments like sales, success, and advocacy to ensure the awareness and success of your products & features.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • You're passionate about product and motivated to solve complex problems.
  • You’re a team player and collaborate well with others.
  • You’re keen to learn and motivated to deliver real value to customers.

Requirements:
