Your role
In this role, you will have the responsibilities below:
- Conduct industry research and financial analysis to support client engagements.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), and other client presentations.
- Analyze financial statements to evaluate potential transactions.
- Participate in due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, tax, and other advisors.
- Support the drafting and review of transaction documents and agreements.
- Attend client meetings, conference calls, and presentations, gaining exposure to client interactions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of M&A transactions.
About you
To apply for this role, you need to meet the requirements below:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (for Bachelor’s degree – penultimate / final year or recent graduate preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prior internship experience in investment banking, law, corporate finance, or M&A advisory is advantageous but not required.
- Internship period required: Minimum 2 months or above.
