Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Team Lead in the testing of systems mainly in the implementation of simplification and automation uplifts 
  • Assisting in the data extraction of KPI metrics and providing support to improve the operational working across the R2R scope
  • Supporting the Team Lead in organising workshops and other data gathering initiatives
  • Supporting in engaging relevant stakeholders to progress the initiatives – within and outside GBS, and highlights any blockers to initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Finance & accounting
  • Good communication skills
  • Good basic Accounts knowledge
  • Basic project management/ event coordinator experience can be a bonus
  • A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, including BI, BPC & SAP
