- Work closely with the Content Enablement Team in continuous improvement projects
- Assist Content Enablement Team with several core activities that involve data maintenance in Coupa follow up with high-impact End Markets
- Involvement in Data Management, Data Quality and Reporting
- In preparing and consolidating reports for daily/weekly/monthly activities
- Learning/Training Opportunities related to the procurement process
- Troubleshooting, problem-solving and assisting end-market queries
- Provide training to the requisitioner and procurement team
Essential experience, skills, and knowledge
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree
- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities
- Strong interpersonal, team-building, and negotiation skills
- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
