Your role

About the Internship

The BAT internship program provides a 5-month journey with valuable corporate exposure for promising talents. They foster future leaders, supporting interns throughout.

Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the human resources team in day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in key projects and gain practical work experience.

As a Recruitment intern at BAT, you will be accountable for:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, identify, and hire the most qualified individuals to meet the workforce needs of BAT
  • Provide administrative support to the team with the day-to-day activities
  • Supporting the logistics and execution of internal events and projects
  • Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out simplification of processes within the team
  • Supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team

Essential experience, skills, and knowledge required are:

  • Highly enthusiastic undergraduate students in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related disciplines
  • 5 months of endless learning journey in BAT
  • Hands-on in enabling systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and Power BI would be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, agile, and driven individual who is looking for a global platform to learn
