BioLoop exists to feed the world sustainably and affordably by using black soldier fly larvae (BSFL) to consume and ingest agro-waste. The BSFL will be harvested and used as high-quality protein in pet food, poultry feed, and aquaculture feed while the frass will be used as organic fertilizer for crops and flowering plants.

Interns at BioLoop earn at least MYR 500 per month plus accommodation, travel expenses, and meal allowance.
Employees in management or technical roles are paid at least MYR 2,200 per month while department heads earn at least MYR 3,300 a month.
