Marketing

• End-to-end implementation of marketing activities based on marketing plan approved by marketing manager
• Liaise with cross functional team to ensure marketing activities are carried out on time
• Keep track on payment status and ensure all payments are processed on time
• Minimum Degree in Marketing, business management, any other similar qualification 

 Human Resource

• To support in daily HR task and operational work  
• Involve in HR projects 
• Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Psychology, any other similar qualification 

Legal

• Gain an understanding of the reporting requirements of a public listed company by assist in the research and presentation and preparation documents 
• Gain an understanding of how various departments collaborate in business via business communication and engagement skills with all levels
• Assist in legal documentation if any 
• Minimum Degree in Business Management, Law, Political Science, Social Science, Secretariats, any other similar qualification

Finance 

• Account Receivable
  • Assist on daily routine contract management process and bad debts recovery management process by liaising with the sales team 
  • Allocate the supporting documents for legal action if any 
  • Assist in distributor's early payment incentive & claims activities 
  • Involved in accounting projects 
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, any other similar qualification 

• Account Payable, Tax & Payment
  • To support on daily preparation of listing/worksheet for cheque bank-in 
  • To support in monthly operational transaction
  • To assist in company bank's account clearing & reconciliation, daily bank statement and incoming payment 
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, any other similar qualification 

Engineering & Utilities 

• Understand utility plant operation/function 
• Involved in energy optimization projects such as natural gas & biogas usage optimization, electricity consumption optimization and water losses optimization in water treatment plant 
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 

Health, Safety, Security & Environment

• To support in conducting Safety Improvement Programs, projects and safety activities
• Minimum Degree/Diploma Safety & Health, OSHA, any other similar qualification

Brewing Maintenance 

• Understand packaging basic operation/ function 
• Involved in implementation of Projects 
• To assist in overhaul process and optimization project in heat energy, water and electricity usage 
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering 

Supply Chain Planning 

• Assist in production planning, repackaging requirements
• Support in projects 
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, any other similar qualification

Packaging Operation 

• Manage performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of projects
• Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 3 packaging lines
• Design and Generate Standard Operating Procedure for specific machines to enhance the maintenance of the machines to introduce good manufacturing practice
• Data analysis
• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering

Procurement

• Assist in procurement projects
• Expose to sourcing, purchasing, buying, filling and documentation process 
• Learn on procurement system such as SAP
• Minimum Degree in Business Management, Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain, any other similar qualification

Warehouse & Distribution

• To assist in customs documentation for products export and import
• Minimum Degree in Business Management, Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain, any other similar qualification

Quality Assurance 

• To assist in complaint management, hygiene management programme, audit compliance, ISO documentation and Supplier Quality Management 
• Minimum Degree in Food Technology any other similar qualification

Carlsberg Excellence 

• Assist in performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of 5S & VISUAL BREWERY
• Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 4 packaging lines
• GEMBA KAIZEN & PMS criteria requirement audit conducted throughout the Brewery
• Data Analysis (in Graphs, Charts and Tables format) for Root Cause Analysis exercises
• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering
