Recruitment Process

Only a few selected job agencies will advertise the job vacancies available for the post of Customer Care Consultant (CCC) in Digi Call Center. The agency company does the first interview, once passed, the next would be the assessment. Once the candidates successfully complete the assessment, The Coordinator will arrange for the interview with the Leaders working in the Call Center Department, to conduct the interview with the selected candidates.

Mostly, the interview would be conducted at the Digi Hall itself.

Candidates were required to sit in the open interview hall and there would be a total of 8-10 interviewers, pairing two at each table to conduct the interview.

It is a very short interview, I would say. Normally, it takes between 10-15 minutes. The candidates must be in a good appearance, know well how to carry themselves during the interview, good mannerism, humbleness, etc for the interviewers to feel pleased to appoint the candidates.

Next, the related agencies will inform the appointed CCC on the job selection and prepare the contract letter for the CCC to go to respective agencies to collect the letter to start the jobHad 3 type of interview, first was team building. Games were being held and challenges were given to test your teamwork. The second was role play to see how you talk and approach customers as well as Cross selling. Final was a one to one interview session.

Remuneration

The average DiGi Telecommunications monthly salary ranges from approximately RM2,052 per month for Customer Consultant to RM13,768 per month for Business Analyst.Please note that all salary figures are approximations based upon third party submissions to Indeed.
