Your role

Edwards Lifesciences Malaysia is looking for an intern to support its initiatives around Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Management & Dealer Portal Support. You will be part of a regional Commercial Operations team, whose charter is to devise and execute initiatives (CRM being one of them) in support of the organization's commercial aspirations. Your success will help the organization leverage CRM in reaching out to more patients via Doctors and Dealers.

How you will make an impact:

• Cleanse and upload data into CRM
• Maintain important data structure to ensure data flows into Analytics
• Support the Dealer Portal website in terms of access & data
• Troubleshoot CRM & Dealer Portal in the event of an error or inaccurate data
• Other incidental duties

About you

What you'll need (required)

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology  
• Available for the duration of the internship period (4 – 6 months)

What else the company look for (preferred)

• The tool of choice: is Excel. Experience in Salesforce & Salesforce Data Loader will be a bonus.
• Like all tools, they come with limitations, you will have to be creative and look outside the box for solutions and workarounds.
• You will be required to devise calculations and logic to arrive at data that are not readily available.
