Application:

• Candidates are required to submit their application online through Prosple's portal.
• The application may include a resume/CV, cover letter, academic transcripts, identification documents, and any additional requested information.

Initial Screening:

• Once applications are received, the hiring team reviews them to assess the candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Candidates who meet the initial requirements are shortlisted for the next stage.

Virtual Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview via Zoom.
• Zoom interview usually take about 30 minutes to an hour and are conducted by a HR recruiter and hiring manager.

Gross Salary Range :  FOZL provides a base salary to all full-time employees that is established based on position, qualifications and experience.
