Established in 2013 as part of Singtel’s strategy to provide support by establishing capabilities that will contribute to its growth aspirations, GEIM serves Singtel including its subsidiaries, Optus and NCS Pte Ltd. Known as Regional Delivery Centre (RDC) to our counterparts, GEIM is the first talent-centric center focused on supporting Singtel’s umbrella of organization—acting to support growth, improve customer experience, operational performance, cost leadership, and competitiveness.
RDC is an offshore center designed to leverage existing group capabilities and extending those capabilities beyond Singapore and Australia. Being a multi-site operations center with centralized operations, we are moving towards providing value-added services to our customers in a secured and trusted environment, utilizing the right processes and tools.
