What Will You Do

• Proficient in Content Writing and ensures compliance with HappyFresh’s product writing requirements
• Cross-checking the accuracy of product information input against images
• Participate in quality monitoring
• Coordinating with Content Team Leader to ensure on-time delivery of Content Database
• Quality Check drafts and edits made by Content Writers for uploading in system
• Willing to travel and be based at partner’s store depending on management decision
• Clear understanding of product requirements for App and ensure needed details are captured or requested during onboarding/ photoshoot/ from partner
• Assisting Team Leader in daily tasks and providing progress report
• Support team in ensuring monthly KPI(s) is/ are promptly met
• Ad-hoc task execution if and when required
• Opportunity to also spend 2 weeks outside Content (other departments of their choice, depending on department availability) for added learning

What Will You Need

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Currently pursuing or recently finished a Diploma/Bachelor/Master degree
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & high level of accuracy in work produced
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, web interface)
• Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job.
• Available full time for at least 3 months (longer internship preferred)
• Start ASAP
