Who Are We Looking For?

• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) experience
• Strong in communication and organizational skills
• Maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration
• Students/ Fresh Graduates in the relevant field of study are encouraged to apply
• Creativity, adaptability and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Knowledge and understanding of CRM is a plus
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Available full time for at least 3 months (longer internship preferred)

What You'll Be Doing?

• Partner with CRM specialist to complete necessary deliverables on time
• Create push notifications, news feed banner, EDM Footer, in-app modal and other relevant content as part of wider marketing campaigns
• Partner with CRM specialist to implement CRM strategies to test the various form marketing campaigns
• Partner with CRM specialist to brainstorm creative ideas, prepare a monthly plan, oversee the execution and report the result to the local leads or HQ leads
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
• Work closely with other departments especially with copywriters to come out compelling copies to enhance the click rate and conversion rate across all CRM channels
