Your role

In this role, you will:

  • Participate as a member of the project team to develop and execute reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing solutions for low to moderately-complex products from new-product introduction through the end of the lifecycle.
  • Consider engineering specifications, performance, lifetime, failure modes, root cause analysis, statistical analysis, reliability predictions, 6 Sigma techniques, measurement system capability, etc.
  • Consider establishing time standards, production area layouts, and requirements for manufacturing tooling and processes for subsystems and portions of new products; develop cost estimates, capacity models, and recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
  • Collaborate and communicate with management, internal, and outsourced manufacturing and development partners regarding process and standards compliance, manufacturing issues, and recommendations for problem resolution for the manufacture of existing products.

  • Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
