Your role

In this new role, you will:

• Be an active member of the account team to enable customer growth by being the first point of contact for demand fulfillment topics across Infineon.
• Self-responsibly manages given tasks within the job scope.
• Manage end-to-end demand fulfillment transparently ensuring on-time delivery to customers based on orders and forecasts.
• Understand IFX capabilities, the customers’ business & markets, implemented Supply Chain concepts & agreements, and legal requirements.
• Drive solutions with all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Strive for continuous optimization of customer supply chain requirements balanced with IFX business strategies and objectives in support of IFX's profitable growth.

About you

You are best equipped for this task if you have the qualifications below:

• Only for fresh graduates with bachelor’s degrees and above majoring in any principle of study.
• Minimum of CGPA of 3.0 and above.
• Not more than 1 year of working experience.
• Structured and accurate working behavior.
• Excellent team player with a sense of flexibility and adaptability.
• Diligent with high standards and work quality.
• Good communication skills & time management
• Remarks: This Graduate Program is a 1-year contract position and is specifically open for bachelor's degree graduates with less than 1 year of working experience with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above only.
